★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get my ski bindings mounted & they completed the job on the spot which was great. Took off 2 stars because the bald man helping me was condescending. The ski boots I brought were youth but they fit me perfectly even though I’m an adult, that’s why I bought them. I didn’t appreciate all the questions to try and justify the purchase of my boots. I came here to mount them, not to adjust them. Prior to completing the job, one of their staff asked me to pay, which I did. As I was leaving the store after the service, I said good bye and he asked me to check out, I told him I paid already, he said “ok” And then I heard him ask one of the staff if I paid, I didn’t appreciate his tone, as if I would leave a store without paying for the service, like I’m some sort of criminal. I’m new to the sport but I’m not new to proper customer service. All the other staff were awesome. If you can steer clear of him, do so. As for me, I will certainly not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my dad called after looking around at a few places for new skis & boots. they were so helpful right off the bat & when we got there they talked through the best options for him.
they heat-molded the boots for him right there. carter was SO knowledgeable on skis, how they were made, what to buy for each person & also gave us lots of tips & options for where to ski in ontario. we spent close to 90 minutes in the store & had great conversation, learned so much & just overall enjoyed our time. he let us try on goggles, helmets & other accessories. although there were none available in our size, it was super helpful to pick styles!
all in, we loved our time & appreciate that they have lifetime service to adjust boots. great shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my 25+ year old GT mountain bike tuned by Station Ski and Ride. New cables, tires, pads and chain. Bike rides significantly better than last fall. Perfectly tuned and cleaned. Service completed in 2 days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! If you’re in need of new ski equipment, this is the place to go! Staff were super knowledgeable and really took the help you find what you’re looking for. If you’re getting fitted for a new ski boot or skis, you need to book an appointment at online! Also don’t forget to bring your ski socks for the fitting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! We needed skis for the whole family. Went to this shop purely based on location, and I am so happy we did! Victor and Aaron were our sales associates and they were knowledgeable, courteous and honest! My kids had an amazing time (even though we were there for a while, it takes a long time to fit boots for 5 people). The young women at the desk Cassidy and Emma were delightful and helpful! And Carter took the time to chat with our kids while we finished up with our skis. To say we had a great experience would be an understatement! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on advice from a friend and wasn’t disappointed. Wanted to get some work done on my boots. Met with a gentleman named Steve who is extremely knowledgeable. After a quick chat and boot exam we both came to the decision that new boots were the way to go. Steve spent time fitting and explaining how boots have changed in the last few yrs. turns out the old boots weren’t the best fit from the start. Next I was handed over to mark (owner) who made some custom foot beds for me. Great customer service throughout the whole process. It’s great to see that there are still people out there that know their stuff.
