โ โ โ โ โ Uneducated teenage staff, who could care less about anything except what kind of hair day they're having. These people can't even be bothered to answer a phone when you call for over 3 hours straight , just trying to check stock because their website is useless. No thank you. Ill take my business elsewhere

โ โ โ โ โ Considering the current state of the world, I have to give The Boiler Room 5 out of 5 for my most recent visit, the staff member (I wish I got his name) was super friendly and helpful, prices were very reasonable and THEY HAD THE PARTS I WAS LOOKING FOR, this isn't my first purchase from here, and it won't be my last, thank you again!

โ โ โ โ โ I had the most amazing experience buying two bicycles from Brendan. The purchase was informative and Brendan spent time educating me about the various options available to me. I purchased a bicycle for my daughter and wanted to make it special for her. I Brendan assisted and we picked out purple handlebar grips, purple pedals, purple chain and purple tube pegs for the back tires. My daughter was over the top happy.
I purchased a matching bicycle same colour with a BMX frame as my daughter. Again Brendan spent time providing valuable advice.
I am so happy with my experience and purchases. You don't get this type of service and advice from the big box stores.
My daughter loves her BMX style bicycle. She is so proud of it!
The Boiler Room and Brendan made our experience fantastic. I will only purchase bicycles from The Boiler Room now.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely the best!! My husband and I needed help with both of our bikes after they had been slightly damaged during a flight. Even though at the Boiler Room shop they doesn't usually repair gravel bikes, they had a look at our bikes and agreed to fix them. The bikes ride like new now!! We are very grateful for the service???
