He stayed with us through the buying process and gave his opinion when we asked or were hesitant. He gave me his personal number to keep in contact with him and, when the shirts arrived, he offered to iron them for us for free. If you go to Stars, ask for Garfield and he'll take care of you!

His passion and stellar customer service explained volumes about why his stores, and the Guelph location in particular are a top notch retail experience. Garfield and the entire staff are pros. I've been fitted by their hands for the past 4 years and counting.

They politely and enthusiastically guided me through the process of selecting the correct size and style off the rack and then tailored it to meet my specific needs. The store itself has a large variety of entry level suits as well as some more expensive, but still reasonably priced options. If you're looking for a high-end suit this is likely not the place for you, but for the majority of consumers, a positive experience is delivered consistently.
