★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re consistently slow, rude, and get drinks wrong. Also, they try and charge you extra for random things, claiming it’s “Starbucks policy” when I know for a fact it’s not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charges you for random things and become passive aggressive when you question the charge. Multiple employee will start to claim it’s the “new” Starbucks policy when there is no such thing. More expensive to get a drink here than an airport Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A barista put in 7 pumps of Sugar free syrup into a Venti London fog without asking if I was okay with sugar free or not. Needless to say the drink was really grossly sweet.
1. only 5 pumps of vanilla go into a Venti drink (unless it is a Caramel Macchiato)
2. Sugar Free has aspartame which personally gives me headaches. You cannot just sub an ingredient in without asking the customer. That can cause issues if someone has allergies, intolerances or any other dietary restrictions.
I was given a refund and was glad for the one girl's service, but I am still not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst starbucks location I've ever gone to. I dread having to order here due to specifically one barista and it's the only starbucks on campus. I usually order on the app but unfortunately they don't have that at this location. I bought starbucks this morning and the lady was so rude and snobby. She started to correct me while I was ordering and they ended up making my drink wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my regular this morning... Grande Mocha with Whip and Chocolate Drizzle. I have purchased that exact same drink over a hundred times this year. The cashier said "$6.15 please".
I asked her why it cost so much. Was the price increased? She said that it's because of the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. I told her that NAIT charges $5.20, to which she repeated that it was the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle that made it more expensive. After mentioning that I always ask for whip and chocolate drizzle she looked confused.
While the drink was very good, I have never been charged so much for this drink. And the look of confusion on the cashier's face about this was disconcerting. If this location is going to charge almost a dollar more than what I'd pay at my school, why would I keep going?

Then she help me by asking me questions what I like and made me a drink! It was an amazing drink with strawberries and toffeenut flavouring . I will come by soon and get it again. Thank you Starbucks for making my day ?
