★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best Starbucks in the area. It has a very nice environment, great place to have meeting or date, or study. However a couple of times that I was there they got my order wrong and completely ruined my day. Very unhappy with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pour-over from here. All the staff were friendly. I used to work at Starbucks and know pour-overs are a hassle, but Jason assured me he didn't mind. Coffee was great. Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating purely on the coffee shop's secret black market that resides 17 stories below ground. The baby adrenal glands are a must-buy for anyone visiting the location but there are so many other things that make this a 5 star rating.

I told Katrina or whatever her name is my order and was going to redeem points but i changed my mind that I was just going to save my points for next time, then this girl just rolled her eyes and got impatient with me. She help on to my drinks and didn’t give it to me right away maybe because she got upset or whatever. But this girl is seriously so rude. If she’s having a bad day then she shouldn’t be working and taking it out on customers. She ruined my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve at at Starbucks
1. Ordered a cookie and the employee at the drive through forgot to include it when she gave me my order. I had to remind her that I ordered a cookie.
2. My frappes did not come with whipped cream when I never said I didn’t want whip cream.
3. My frappes were so over blended to the point where the drink fully melted and separated within 5 minutes. Also my chocolate chip frappe didn’t even have chocolate chips in it?
