As a regular visitor, I love this place! The employees are always so friendly, no matter which time of day it is. Not only do they make high quality drinks, but they also make it a standard to make the place warm and welcoming. Love this place! (P.S: Please ignore my username. This is a 50/50 shot of good experience. The baristas can be friendly and courteous like I have come to expect from Starbucks, or they can be short and unprofessional. I know things like stock & supply are out of the baristas control, but sometimes I am not made to feel welcome at this Starbucks, and other times I am. Very staff dependant.

The Collingwood location needs a better solution for their drive thru. I am not sure how the town allows them to have it structured that way. It is too small and is just an accident waiting ro happen. You can't tell me they don't make enough money to do a renovation to make it safer. Drinks are a 5*, food is a 5*, service is a 5*, staff are a 5*. But that drive thru gets a 0*

I was quite disappointed by the service here yesterday. My friend and I were greeted with silence at the drive speaker for several minutes and then a dispassionate tone asking β€œAnything else?” after each word I spoke. I am a former Starbucks barista and manager. As a result, I know well the quality of service that is expected when customers order at a Starbucks location. Being an ex-partner, I have more patience than anyone when it comes to customer-facing roles, but I was appalled. They were out of multiple components of my order (which is of course not the baristas’ fault), but I had ordered a bakery item at the speaker and was told at the window 2 minutes later that it was in fact not available. No apologetic tone, no thanks for the patience, nothing. No greeting or smile at the window. The barista had turned away and was chatting with a co-worker, so my friend and I were left to sit awkwardly in silence. I completely understand being slammed busy for 8-12 hours straight, being yelled at by customers, and feeling exhausted from being on your feet all day. But in my opinion, everyone deserves a warm greeting and to be given the benefit of the doubt. You never know what someone may be dealing with, and maybe they were just having a terrible day. In saying this, our experience today was loads better, although still lacking the friendliness and professionalism at the window, so I am giving 3 stars for now. I am willing to change my review in future.

Made a verbal mistake on my order. Said β€œ macchiatoβ€œ instead of β€œ mochaβ€œβ€¦ staff were laughing at me through the drive Thu!. Got to the window and they were still laughing, made my drink and walked around with it for 30 secs or so. When she handed it to me I could hear the staff mocking me!!! Absolutely sad. Becuse I don’t offen go to this brand Becuse of the prices. Wanted to treat myself. But agsin and again young inexperienced staff think they own these places and have not an Ounce of decency!

Staff seemed to be having a great time this Saturday. Waited at the speaker in drive through for about 3 minutes without an acknowledgement. When I arrived at the window they were apologetic and said it would be about five minutes. Everything I ordered you grab from the display and we did not order drinks. Very strange situation. Definitely lacking management today

Great experience!! Friendly staff especially the boy at the cash named Jason!! Very friendly and so helpful!! Made conversation and made me feel valued as a customer!!! Definitely will be coming back here as the environment is amazing. Keep up the good work Jason and staff!
