★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks always makes your drink wrong. Anytime I've gone here for a frap or a regular latte they are always weird and wrong. Even my friends and family who have gone here havn't had a drink made right. The Bankview Starbucks is way better and 100% more consistent. Go there instead ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had about 10 people who ordered after me, receive their drinks before me. I hadn’t even ordered a complicated drink, literally just an iced tea you throw together with pre made ingredients, they just didn’t bother to organize their orders/cups as they put them down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past 4 times, we have continued to received colder coffee and a sad customer experience in the location. We have asked them to ensure that the coffee is warm, they didn’t paid attention.
We have stopped going to this located, instead to go to another local cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a few drinks and a snack this morning off of Uber eats and unfortunately the driver did not leave my order & took off before I had the chance to speak to them. I went into this location on my break and was greeted by Justace. She was absolutely wonderful, very kind, understanding and quick with re-making everything on my order. I will definitely be coming in when I have a break because of her !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My coffee ended up being $6.05 and I only had $6.00 in change and they wouldn't give it to me. It's not going to break their bank to give a coffee for 0.05 less. I've worked many retail / fast food jobs and I would have given a customer their item for that difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks is usually quite busy, but staff are efficient. The store is small, but clean and organized! I often order ahead and it is simple to run in and pick up the mobile order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online orders are getting out of control, and SB's needs to figure out something...like mentioned here already, coming in for a simple drink is greeted with a long wait now, with dozens of online orders sitting at the counter and being made. There are a few great staff here though, hence the 3 stars and not 2..
update 2021/09/08: It's now even worse, it seems SB don't want walk ins anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came out of Starbucks and had to write a review. The girl that took my order as well as the one made my order were so nice and friendly. Honestly they put a smile on my face. And they made my drink just the way I like. Super happy and had a great experience. I will come back to this location for sure.
