very hard to hear the people speaking when they are trying to take your order, the parking lots is cramped and full always. i asked for a shaken espresso, sc cold foam sub. but i don’t think i got anything but the espresso foam from shaking it and regular milk mixed in.

I waited at the ordering board for 10-15 mins and didn’t hear anything. I saw a couple of vehicles go through ahead of me, but the cashier/barista never spoke to me or said there was a delay. I went to the window in case the speaker wasn’t working, but I was ignored there too. I ended up driving away without the cashier even acknowledging that I was there and she was at the window. That was really bad customer service, especially with how much people pay for your coffee.

The inside and staff are great. But the parking lot is very tight and hard to maneuver if its full and you have a larger vehicle. The drive thru is very slow, and the last time I went thru it, there was only 2 vehicles ahead of me and it took almost 30 minutes to get thru. When we got to the window, we had paid and out drinks still weren't even being made. It's faster service to go inside.

Beautiful looking new store. Annoyed that there were 4 people working behind the counter and it still took a couple minutes for anyone to walk over and offer help. And FYI no one was busy doing anything. Always greet your customers immediately and if your busy let them know you will be right with them.

It's Starbucks, what else can you expect but fast friendly service and great products. Definitely has become my favorite coffee house chain by far. The consistency of the product and the always exceptionally friendly staff is definitely a hallmark of their brand.

I always order breakfast sandwiches (or egg white egg bites) and ask that they NOT get heated up because by the time I get to work, they just have to be heated again. Much to my surprise, my request that my food not be heated was DENIED! I was told they aren't allowed. I said that I have been getting my food that way for four years from Starbucks. She said, "Not at this store. We have to cook it." I told her, "Yes, at this store ever since you opened...at least several times now. And the food is already cooked. All you guys do is reheat it." My request was refused. I had no choice but to have it heated. It was no longer hot when I got to work. I had to reheat it! It was not great. Next time I will just cancel the food order if they insist on heating it.

Starbucks with a Drive Thru = Sweet. Place can get busy around when the Local High School gets out for a break. Other then that still Awesome.
