I often go through the drive through here on my way home from work not because I'm really craving Starbucks coffee, but because I know the people are going to elevate my mood by being funny, kind, and personable. Keep up the great work folks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at a Starbucks almost every day on our vacation, best time of year if you like all the pumpkin options. Friendly staff, nice location. We were staying at the Sandman hotel and you walked across this pedestrian bridge, we did this twice during our 2 day stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for 2 vanilla pumps. They charged me for 2 pumps but didn't add any. I went back and asked if they could make it correct. They gave me vanilla syrup in another cup. I then had to ask again for a stirrer. I expected Starbucks to make me a new one. This has been my worst experience with any coffee shop ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there every day since my initial review and just ordered at the counter, experience has been better but I'm leaving the original review because it's so rediculous.
Ordered through mobile app and arrived 15 minutes later and only the hot food I ordered was ready, took another 15 minutes after I arrived to make my coffee while they served multiple orders from the counter before me. 30 minutes to make a coffee while my food sat at the counter.
