★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't express enough as to how well they treat their clients. Always smiling and joking around. Completely attentive to my needs which go over and beyond any experience I have ever had with other dentists (I have had some great ones too!). Trust is a rare commodity these days and I trust this office with my teeth. Highly professional and recommended from cleaning to the more complicated; they are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have checked off all the boxes! They were gentle when my boys were being fussy boys, they were experts at direct billing and breaking down and explaining benefits and bill. They have tablets and distractions for the kids, beautiful office..comfortable, everyone here is ridiculously kind. Also, we have always had booking issues with previous dentists but these guys fit us in all of the time!! Im very picky about Dentists and this office has exceeded our expectations and then some! I highly recommend them for families. Very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Emergency Dentist in Kamloops! So fast and efficient ! I cracked my molar having lunch, called around bunch of offices and no one could fix it the same day . Empire Dental got me in right away and I got my crown done in same appointment ! Everybody is so nice and genuine. Hands down the best staff and dentist in Kamloops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with Empire Dental for several years. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They are also very patient and kind to our kids. I sent in a photo of an issue my child was having and they squeezed us in right away. I appreciate that there is never any push to do any procedures that feel unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Empire Dental from Cedar Dental because my dental technician moved jobs. The downtown location is much closer to my home. Still the same excellent work (thanks Yana!) and the price is comparable. I'm happy to have such an excellent office to help keep my smile bright.

Dr. Dhaval has the best bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable the entire time.
He fixed my front 4 teeth which I was so self concious about for years , Now you can't even tell a difference and I can't stop smiling in pictures !
I don’t even know where to begin with my compliments about their amazing staff!!! They make me feel like I’m a friend—and the hygienists make sure I leave with a shining smile!! Everyone in the office so pleasant-they really make a dreaded thing such an easy experience. I’ve been a patient with them for 2+ years and I never want a new dentist!!!
