When i ask why they said simply, "because the owners don't want to pay for it".. with that attitude toward your business i will not be returning. What other corners are they cutting at the customers expense?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just went into the Vernon Starbucks store to purchase a giftcard for our youngest daughter's birthday. She truly enjoys Starbucks as a family, and a giftcard is always an excellent pick, as she can buy whatever she wants with it there. We enjoy getting a large Americano at the Vancouver airport just before flying out, with a hot water as we find the coffee a little strong, Starbucks is truly an American icon, whenever we travel and see a Starbuck's coffeehouse it reminds us of home.

Starbucks as a whole is a failing brand
Too many chances chain wide, and disappointing
Orders aren’t right and the pastries are getting smaller and smaller.
Vaccine policy has changed again, if you want a job get jabbed so we customers don’t have to worry about our food products and drinks.
