J	Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell you why I would never go to a Booster Juice restaurant again. So today was the 'grand-opening' for the new Booster Juice in Vernon, so all smoothies were buy-one-get-one free. It was 8:50 PM , so they were closing soon but not busy, so I asked the manager if it was still buy one get one deal, to his strange response... He could not look at me straight without laughing and he just replied yes. The other employee, a young female, ducking behind the cashier trying to hide the fact that she was also in hysterics. I will never know what was so funny to them but my best guess is drug-use. You can't treat costumers like that it was so rude. I didn't know exactly what to do and I don't like people laughing in my face. Even with the great deal in effect, I chose not to order and left.

We only order these and they are never consistent.. more then not they are made wrong... The staff seriously need to be trained on this... Maybe 1/10 of the orders are made correctly... Always such a disappointment. And if there is 2 inches of room left in the cup to be filled and I ask to have it filled, the staff should not say "we only fill to the red line". Every booster juice I've had fills the drinks to the top of the lid or close to. Customer service is key to being a successful business.. Ugg

A	Avery Tulak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever served me on Sunday just before noon was amazing! Matter of fact you were so amazing that I think the guy that was in there before me got Himself into trouble with you. I could hear him on his phone outside complaining to his buddy? some people eh?
W	Wayne Trayne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was almost refused service because of my medical condition. I had to educate the employee on the current mask mandate, and its exemptions. Please do more extensive training so customers with similar disabilities aren't excluded from providing you with business.

The first visit: staff member wearing mask incorrectly and kept touching his face and than the food he was preparing for a couple of customers (also not wearing masks correctly). The second visit: I walk into the store and immediately see a staff member take off his f*&%ing shirt?! inside the store?! I left a complaint with their head office, but have yet to hear anything back. Avoid this place until staff receive further training.

D	David Hancock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting this location for years and have enjoyed many great smoothies. However my most recent visits have been lack luster to say the least. My last three visits have resulted in bland smoothies after the person making them added too much of each ingredient, clogged the blender and then added more yogurt to continue mixing. Each time I've recieved a cup and a half of smoothie. Which of course would be fine on it's own if said smoothie tasted correct. The most recent visit left my smoothies tasting of only plain yogurt. I doubt I'll return to this location.
