★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sep 6, 2020 I purchased a cookware which says the brand name as Royalty Line Switzerland. However, it is either a very bad quality product or a counterfeited one. When I called the store and explained the defect and requested them to report the defect to the manufacturer/supplier they refused to take it back.
I do not recommend this store because they do not own responsibility nor entertain return or exchange when the product is defective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ San is my husband. I had asked him to bring a small pot. Irrespective of the price, San's only purpose in giving the feedback to you was that it was a defectively designed product. We had requested you to return it to the manufacturer. Regarding it getting burnt, you may please try it for your self and boil milk at low temp setting and you will find out the truth.
As a matter of principle, we are returning the product to you. It is unused but a product of same brand was found defective earlier. We would appreciate your not rejecting a customer's feedback outright as "impossible" and verify the truth first. We may deposit $50 with you and if what we stated about milk getting burnt at low temp was wrong, you may not refund both the cost of product and this $50. Please heat at low temp till boiling point. Giving 2 stars for your reply.Thanks.
