★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used this company some years past to install our back deck railing, we recently called them again to install much needed front step railings. Kent came up on a Friday to measure up, submitted a very reasonable quote the following Monday, which we quickly accepted, & were totally "blown away" to arrive home two days later to find the railings already installed. WOW! now that is what we would call fantastic customer service! Job well done team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Kent out to quote and install our rear deck railing. I found his quote to be more than fair as I had shopped around quite a bit to see if I could purchase the aluminum railing myself. I found that through Star aluminum railing having them provide the railing and having a professional install in this case was cheaper than buying it from home depot. The quality of the railing was much higher than what I could of purchased myself and the install was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Star aluminum railing to anyone looking to have their deck railings installed. Thanks again guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are grateful that the Star Aluminum Railing System had been placed on our front and back decks 25 years ago. We experience a great deal of weather where we live. This summer we needed to replace our front and back decks. The Star Aluminum Railing Systems including the glass were still in excellent condition and we were able to return both railing systems to their original places after the decks were replaced. We added railings to our stairs and we were able to match these with the existing railing system for the stairwells. Karen, and Jason were exceptionally helpful and our new decks with the "Old and New Railing System' look fantastic! We are happy to endorse a product, and company that supplies expert assistance where planned obsolescence is not part of the design or company philosophy! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kent at Star Aluminum Railing provided me with Five Star Service! Kent sold me the posts and railings (custom cut for my stairs) for an outside stairway. The quality of the materials looks excellent and the price was lower than Rona. I want to install the railings myself so I just need a break in the snowy weather. Thanks again Kent for your excellent customer service! Best regards from Rick in Riverbend. PS. I just installed the aluminum railings this weekend. It was easy to do and they look great!

that afternoon and brought out a sample in chocolate brown which turned out to be
a perfect match for the brown colouring on my house. The railings were installed very

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are seniors and decided it was time to add a railing on our front step. The first place we contacted was Star Aluminum. Thought their quote was high for a small job.
Checked around, no other company was interested in this small job. E-mailed Star Aluminum Monday saying we would like to proceed and providing colour choice. Tuesday the railing was installed! No asking for money ahead, or credit card info. All paid now, exceptional service, would recommend to anyone, and will tell all our friends.
