★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to pick up my parcel and the staff told me that my parcel was no longer there. I quickly called FedEx to confirm. They told me that my parcel was indeed at staples. I called Staples back and they kept on saying it wasn't there. I drove back and told them FedEx said it was there and they needed to find it. Low and behold when I went back the second time within an hour they had it. The staff really need to do research and not be lazy to find parcels. Especially when people rely on the bus and it being right before Christmas!! Terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dreading coming into Staples because I had an idea for a project but no clue where to start or end. This project also had an emotional attachment so I was putting it off.
But I was so fortunate to be served by Josh in printing service. It was extremely busy but he was so helpful and took the time for me. It was honestly an uplifting experience because I was like a deer in headlights walking in, but left feeling accomplished.
Thank you Josh for being professional, knowledgeable and taking the time for your customers.
