★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow rob is a terrible manager. He ignores customers, and we were standing right infront of him for 15 mins. Then we went to the cashier and she had to call him a few times again atleast another 10-15 mins just waiting for him to acknowledge. But the cashier was nice and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told I could plug my phone in by USB and print from my phone. When I got there, was told I have to email documents to staples. OK whatever. Thought about it later and realized there was no option to delete said documents sent to the email. Read terms and service later. Oh all documents and info is public record and open to use for third parties. Great, now my SIN, name and adreess is available to scammers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to pickup a print cartridge. I couldn't find the one I needed. One of the staff came over to help me (thank you Shawn). Fortunately I only needed black, had I required the other 3 colors, I would have had to go elsewhere. They only had one cyan of the three.
