I couldn't had fax done (which should be so easy...a great employee Hadeel literally walkedme through all the way... A great great business is known by its great employee..I am very thankful

I submitted a poster print and 16 different designs to be printed on 5x7 matte cardstock for same-day pickup. The website was tough to use with multiple designs since it did not allow me to upload all the designs at once with the same settings. I needed to go through the same screens 16 times to get the prints completed. I received an email that my order was ready for pickup and I walked out with the poster print only even though the cards were included in the same order number. I went back in to retrieve the cards. When I got home, I realized they had printed duplicates of some designs and I was missing other ones. I had to head back to the store to get them printed. It was a waste of my time. I had paid a premium to have this done quickly and efficiently since I was on a pressing timeline. They did not reimburse me for anything including the premiums I had paid for same-day shipping. I would not come here to print again.

A waste of time, I'm very disappointed. I needed photos for the PR card (for me and my family members), which requires a photo with a resolution range between 1680x1200 and 4200x3000 px. I didn't want to take those by myself at home, because there are a lot of specs from IRCC, so I looked for a professional service, trying to avoid wasting my time. Initially, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to speak with somebody. The employee took the pictures, and then I had to wait some 30 minutes more for the photos to be done. They asked me for a USB stick, which I didn't have, so I had to buy that as well. When I tried to upload the photos to IRCC's website, I've got a warning that the resolution was wrong (1200 x 1680 px), and it obviously didn't work out. I went back to the store the next day, and told the employee the pictures had a wrong resolution, and that I was willing to take new pictures, but he told me their system works automatically and there's no way to choose a different resolution. He offered me a refund, which I promptly accepted.
