โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service ever. The printing staff canโt even prioritize the tasks and just waste your time, not to mention how overpriced their services are, so much better to visit local printing stores anyway

โ โ โ โ โ Staff appreciation post. I forgot a very important piece of id here couple months ago and the staff was responsible enough for storing it safely until I went back to check. Their overall response was prompt and professional. Thanks a lot.

โ โ โ โ โ I need to print something out, then I'm currently calling the shop to ask very simple question.
5min, 10 minutes now.
NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE answered at all.
I tried all departments and even random extension number as well.
All on hold or blocking in 2 ringings.
Why do you guys even have a phone number there? to irritate people?

โ โ โ โ โ I used their copying facility. Some copy machines were broken and the working ones were unable to open and print pdf files from a government site, so I had to use a computer. Considering the fact that they didn't have a stapler large enough to staple 30 pages of my prints, the former name of this store - Office Depot - seems to be more appropriate then Staples.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is helpful but be prepared to go broke if you need to photocopy or scan anything etc. Search around for other mom & pop shops for cheaper printing. Pretty much everything else in the store is also priced insanely, I would skip.

โ โ โ โ โ Very convenient from where I live and it's an easy and quick method for printouts. It took me a little while for me to figure out the scanning process because you need to pay extra for access to computer and then open up a software from the computer to click on "scan" button. Nonetheless, I will continue to use their service and staffs are friendly.
