K	Kiah Robbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store with all your office needs. Great gift card selection too, which has often saved me at the last minute for gifts lol. Helpful staff, never very busy so can browse freely to find what you need. Good selection of office supplies and electronics.

m	mecciah marshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I understand that at this moment we're in a pandemic, but this was no excuse for how they treated me, I bought a pair of headphones and I was told that I was able to return these headphones back if I wanted to and if had the receipt and so wanting to confirm this I call in about returning these pair of headphones and the manager picks up and I was told that I was not able to return them and that headphones and are not able to be returned in anyway, afterwerds I tell him that I was told by one of his employees that I could have returned them at anytime because thats what I was told when I bought them he then proceeded cut me off and tell me I'm a lier and the proceeds to hand up in my ear. It's one thing if it was an employee, but this was the manager, completely unprofessional, acted like a child and gave no alternative.

We have never been to any similar stores that provide such services. There’s a $3 service charge but I’ll pay more for such good service. The staff Alex and Emma are the best.
R	Richard Atchison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought a business software package that could not be installed. the staff resented my calling, it was almost as if they believed i bought the software so i could call the next day and annoy them. i was disconnected while trying to transfer to the next person who could not help me. i phoned back and all the lines are busy. I regret buying the software from Staples as the unexpected problem annoyed them and apparently they thought i should solve the problem as it was not their problem. i could not even get an address or phone for intuit the software manufacturer. I would rate the service as the worst i have experienced from any company in decades. use this store at your own risk.
