g	gob bluth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahesh went above and beyond in making sure my order was good to go, even though the store was very busy. He even called me to let me know as soon as my order was printed, which was service above what I would normally expect. Very recommended!

After the sales person finished with him she didn't acknowledge that I was standing waiting or that she was going to leave me standing there while she went and helped another customer. Then a second person came over and help the person behind him and didn't even say a word to me. Not sure if it is fustration or factual. The sales person and the petson behind me were the same race. I walked right out of the store with no one saying a word. I will visit the Stouffville location were the customer service is always amazing.

Rushed me when I had a question to ask and was getting info on said item I wanted to purchase. Three times they put me on hold as they had to deal with a customer. Third time around customer service said that "they'll get me the manager". Left me on hold for 40 minutes and then ended the call. Waste of my time.
L	L H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I become increasingly disappointed every time I visit this location. They are chronically understaffed and the staff who are working are very unhappy and unhelpful. I keep trying to go back and give them more chances but today was the final nail in the coffin. I bought a keyboard and mouse in a "certified" box. The staff explained that this meant they had inspected to make sure all the parts were present and working. I got home, opened the box and discovered the mouse was missing. This meant a second visit to get a refund and try again. I ended up wasting valuable time in my work day and I'm not pleased. I'm not keen to return any time soon.

I've had issues with Staples managers in the past who seem to care less about your issues. This new guy is friendly, knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. Thanks to Scott I'll now drive a little further just to make Staples Markham Road My Staples Store !

If you want to print pix from your phone it's easy , but if you need them to be bigger, like I did , 4x6inches , you need to order them online on their website ND can pick up same day if you submit them before noon. Good price $.14 per picture and fast service ??
