J	J-Flo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service. not by the employee but i think he is a supervisor. very rude and un professional. i was picking up our online order (laptop, doorbell cam and baby monitor) cashier was able to see my name on the order but when the supervisor came with my order, he told me i cant have our order because my wife is the one who order them. then he just walked away from me. i called my wife and asked her to call the store to talk to the supervisor. and he literaly tol my wife " i had to sent your husband away" because i cant give him your order. so, we just canceled our orders because of his attitude.
C	Colleen Shippelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was so helpful, and friendly. Went the extra mile for me today, I needed to return something for my husband and the receipt was dated over 30 days (my bad, I hadn’t been back to Red Deer) and they made an exception for me. Truly appreciated it.
S	Sarah Green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don’t write reviews, but needed to share my experience. Long story short, I had blueprints to have scanned and printed out. It took them 4 times and a extra trip into red deer to get what I needed. The manager was very unprofessional and my sister who went with me to pick up my order saw him mocking me behind my back to another employee. After reading the other reviews, it seems as though there is a running theme of unprofessionalism with management and employees that work behind the printing services desk. If you have photos to get printed out, perhaps it’s worth it to try elsewhere.

He pointed to a far wall and under a certain letter on the wall...is exactly where I found what I needed. He certainly knew his stock well but I would have preferred a more helpful approach than just pointing.
J	Jason Michielsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 employees throughout the store doing very little, all costumers are lined up at the printing pick up and the only guy working it is extremely overwhelmed and slow. Maybe have your staff trained to help each other. 30 half wait for a simple pick up.
