★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. However, the handling of my hands is rough on the joints of my hands. I asked the nail technician to be more gentle. Besides, the rough handling I love the shape, showmanship of the nail service done at Stanley Nails. I'll come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few months ago I took a chance and made an appointment here. I got an amazing nail lady by the name of Le. I cannot say enough great things about her and this nail salon. Very clean and they go above and beyond to follow the covid rules to keep us all safe. I went today to see Le and she seriously knocking it out of the park with my nails today. Thank you Stanley Nails and thank you Le ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place I get my nails done in Vanvouver. My manicures always last forever - no chips whatsoever for 3+ weeks consistently. The staff are always friendly and the salon itself is pretty clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician was a bit rough with her technique. Chairs were tattered and in desperate need of replacement. Overall not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. After I left realized another coat of polish would have been appropriate for the colour I picked. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a gel manicure done, nail tech filed down my nail too much within 4 days 2 nails broke while going washroom and other about to break as well. I returned to salon to get removal and refund as I am not satisfied with my service! I have natural nails and have them year round and never broke by me going washroom! And owner tried to state “that’s what happens when you get gel nail polish on your nails. I’m not going to refund you for your nails breaking. All I can do is give 10 gift card” I paid $55 for this. Will definitely not return to this salon ever, owner doesn’t care about the fault of her nail techs and take ownership of what’s been done to clients nails. If it was possible I’d give 0 stars! photo reference for my natural nails, my sister gets her natural nails done all the time and they never break, especially just 4 days after they are done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quoted $70 over the phone. The nail tech quoted a different price, so I paid $78 to get these done. No caring for the cuticles, no luxury service and I am left with my natural nails showing through the false nails. Not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done last week at a different place cause I had events last weekend and a show tonight. This morning the nail on my pointer finger snapped. The place I got them done couldn't fit me in and I was distraught. Stanley's took me in as a walk in and gave me a sparkly new claw (they didn't have the exact colour I had so we had to problem solve). Crisis averted!!! I'm gonna go here for my full set next time!
