★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eli showed up & saved the day! (I should say night).
Ran out of gas on the Icefields Parkway (not knowing the only gas station between Jasper & Lake Louise was closed Oct 1-Apr 1) & coasted into the Bow Lake parking lot.
Eli was professional, friendly & courteous.
He showed up within the time stated & followed us back to Lake Louise to be sure we arrived safely!
Highly recommend Eli & Standish Towing & Recovery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we hit some ice and went down a very steep embankment and got wedged in some trees. Francis is my hero! I feel this guy went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. He is very good at what he does!! Because we had Ama it didn't even cost us a penny ? Can you please pass onto Francis Jen and Alex said Thanks again, we made it and we ♡ him. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone stuck and needing a tow or a winch outta the ditch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ going to banff just 7 mins away towing just to travel going to mechanic place they charge us 295$ .But before that i called them if how much exactly the lady said it was 210$. Then when we arrived the mechanic place charge 295$. Expensive service i don't recommend be aware guys please!!!!!!! not fair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lost the only existing key to our car while skiing with our young child and because it was a holiday (with helpful places like dealerships, who can cut a new key, closed), we had no choice but to get our car towed back to Calgary.
It was a stressful afternoon as the hill closed down and we were stuck there waiting with a hungry kid. We were incredibly grateful for our driver, Jesse, who was VERY fast to arrive, friendly, and willing to take our vehicle almost 160 km to get it safely home. He beat us to our house and found a safe spot to drop the vehicle, despite mountains of snow on our street. Jesse made our day a bit easier with his outstanding service and I recommend the company highly
For people who are upset about the price - yeah, roadside assistance is insanely expensive. But it also often involves highly dangerous circumstances, specialized equipment, loads of insurance and long hours. Consider an AMA membership - it saved our bacon today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to me being foolish to lock my keys in the car and cold weather battery issues I have used Standish twice this winter and all of the drivers are professional and nicest people especially when things go wrong. Haven't used their towing service but if something thing ever happens to my car while in the Bow Valley these are the guys I would turn to! Thanks so much to Larry for helping me out today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My key fob locked itself in my car while I was fueling up my car so I called Standish Towing to come unlock my car. It was a 30 second job and they slapped me with a $400 bill?!! Absolutely disgusting and completely ridiculous. How is a 30 minute drive and sticking a coat hanger into my car worth $400?! What a joke of a company. Not to mention the customer service is seriously lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and extremely helpful drivers. My girlfriend and I broke down at Lake Louise and upon receiving word from AMA, Standish Towing immediately called me to give me a time estimate. This was followed up by a call from the truck driver (Matt) who was extremely friendly. Upon arrival he was was content to wait for our ride to arrive and helped us transfer our AMA request from my basic plan to my girlfriends mom’s gold card to save money. Matt had no issue with us changing our destination, and called again to confirm drop off details since we had stopped for dinner. Overall, Standish Towing made the best of our situation and Matt is one of the kindest people I have met.
