★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband never had a real gateway, never could afford celebrating any of our special occasions the way we wanted, until recently.
We wanted to make it very special, and so we decided to stay in Banff for a few days.
We do not drive, and my husband has bad knees. After reading the very negative reviews about the taxi service in Banff, I decided to use Alpine’s service for a full day, and so I called Andy. Why not, we deserved it!
We arrived in Banff Friday evening, then all day Saturday, Rodger was our wonderful very friendly driver. He knows everything about everywhere in Banff and shared the knowledge with us. This was my first time in Banff and we also went to Lake Louise. It was a super wonderful special weekend for us and Roger helped making it so!
It was fun, entertaining, informative, beautiful and magical. Me and my husband are very happy that Rodger was part of our special weekend.
Please do not hesitate to hire Alpine, do not worry, you will get the best service ever. Im very nice and friendly, but can also be picky so if I say don't worry, please trust me, just go ahead and call Andy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were married this past weekend in Banff and our Parents surprised us with a limo from Alpine Limos. Our Driver Roger was extremely polite and personable from the start. He was extremely professional and hilarious. The limo was amazing and fully stocked with refreshments. After the ceremony, he surprised us by taking us to the famous View point of our hotel “The Banff Springs Hotel”. He offered to snap a few pics for us there on location. A wedding during a pandemic is a strange thing but Roger made us feel right at home and was a perfect addition to our special day. I highly recommend their services for any occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alpine Limousine was part of my daughter’s wedding yesterday in Canmore/Banff.
From the minute I started dealing with Andreas I received nothing but great service.
Every email was responded to quickly and the actual experience with the car and driver yesterday was fantastic.
The driver was on time, extremely pleasant and helpful and just truly helped make the day special and easy for the bride and groom.
I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Banff for a week and had the concierge at the Malcolm hotel arrange transportation for us. We booked with Alpine for transportation to and from airport as well as a transfer of hotels in between. Absolute professionals. The executive van was spacious and clean and the drivers were excellent and very knowledgeable.

Andy was such an amazing chauffeur.... so friendly, helpful and funny..... he added such a great experience to their big day and made my job easier too by holding my flash, helping me with my bag and even fluffing the bride's veil for me. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my couples Thank you so much Andy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Alpine Limos for our wedding day in Banff and had a wonderful experience. They were very understanding of our having to downsize the limo in light of the Covid restrictions and refunded us the difference. Our driver was wonderful and very calm when I was feeling very stressed in the backseat about the possibility of us being late. He assured me that we would be on time and we were early! He was waiting and ready to pick us up after the ceremony and photos and was very accommodating when we asked him to drop us off at a different spot than what we had originally requested. Overall, we had a great experience with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Alpine Limo & Tours. We came to visit on a Mother-Daughter trip and Rodger was our driver. He totally made our trip. He drove us all around Lake Louise and Banff and is super knowledgeable on what to do when and where. He gave us the best ideas and took initiative to help us set up reservations and book tours.
