★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaste choix. J'y ai acheté une balançoire "Veranda" en Avril 2022. La toile était défectueuse et les écrous ont déjà commencé à rouiller. La vendeur nous a remplacé rapidement la balançoire au complet.
 Vast choice. I bought a "Veranda" swing there in April 2022. The canvas was defective and the nuts have already started to rust. The seller quickly replaced the entire swing for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piscine achetée juin 2021, installation douteuse au niveau de la préparation du sol même après avoir mentionné quelques défauts lors de la préparation. Les installateurs manquaient de professionnalisme en se trompant de morceau et ce à plusieurs fois. Ils ont terminé leur installation avec des tuyaux qui fuyaient et avec plusieurs défauts au niveau du terrain (ils ont posé la piscine non centrée à leur préparation du terrain). Bref ceci est simplement pour l'installation.
Côté vente j'aurais aimé lors de la signature et le paiement final de la piscine être informé que je dois OBLIGATOIREMENT faire ouvrir/fermer ma piscine par eux sinon aucune garantie pièce et problème à mes frais. Cette surprise me laisse un goût amer dans la bouche et je me demande si une garantie légale peut s'appliquer comme la loi impose sur des achats d'un tel montant?
Lors d'échange avec le responsable après vente, il se retire de toute responsabilité en disant c'est normal d'un affaissement de la piscine et ce avec moins qu'un an de leur déficiente installation.
Voilà mon deuxième litige avec cette compagnie, une en 2011 lors de l'achat de ma maison avec un spa. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie avec des personnes très dégradantes, le fait de voir les gens charger des produits sans garantir son produit de façon court terme.
Le manque de personnel que l'on traverse tous ne veut pas dire qu'on doit avoir une baisse dans la qualité et la satisfaction du client.
Pool purchased June 2021, questionable installation in terms of ground preparation even after mentioning a few flaws during preparation. The installers lacked professionalism by getting the wrong piece several times. They finished their installation with leaking pipes and with several defects in the ground (they laid the pool off-center when they prepared the ground). Anyway this is just for installation.
On the sales side, I would have liked, when signing and paying for the pool, to be informed that I MUST have my pool opened/closed by them, otherwise there is no warranty for parts and problems at my expense. This surprise leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I wonder if a legal warranty can apply as the law imposes on purchases of such an amount?
During an exchange with the after-sales manager, he withdraws from all responsibility, saying that it is normal for the pool to sag and this with less than a year of their defective installation.
This is my second dispute with this company, one in 2011 when buying my house with a spa. I do not recommend this company with very degrading people, seeing people load products without guaranteeing their product in the short term.
The lack of staff that we all go through does not mean that we have to have a drop in quality and customer satisfaction.
