★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres bon service au comptoir des matériaux, professionnel et connaissant. Ce n'est pas le plus grand Rona mais tienne la chose essentiel donc nous avons besoin. Service de produits saisonniers. Service Pro. Cour a bois. Facile d'accès au stationnement en bord de rue, Stationnement pour handicapés. Bonne renos! Et bon été
 Very good service at the materials counter, professional and knowledgeable. It's not the biggest Rona but hold the essential thing so we need it. Seasonal product service. Pro Service. Wood yard. Easy access to street side parking, Disabled parking. Happy renos! And good summer

Je m'explique, de TOUS les magasins RONA que j'ai visités, je n'ai jamais eu ce sentiment d'appartenance et d'amour autant que le RONA de Shawinigan. Vous avez une équipe formidable et Denis Allard nous a pris en charge pour la section plomberie et il devrait être votre employé modèle! Il nous a offert un service plus qu’excellent! S’il m'était possible, je donnerais un 20 sur 5! C'est sûr et certain que je vais recommander ce magasin à mon entourage!

Honestly, it is very rare for me to leave a comment on a page, but this time it was stronger than me.
Let me explain, of ALL the RONA stores that I have visited, I have never had this feeling of belonging and love as much as the RONA in Shawinigan. You have a great team and Denis Allard took care of us for the plumbing section and he should be your model employee! He gave us more than excellent service! If it was possible for me, I would give a 20 out of 5! It is certain that I will recommend this store to those around me!

Vrm très déçu par mon expérience de travail là-bas expédié sans raison !!
J’arrive Minimum 10 min à l’avance ,
J’apprends très vite,
Il mon montré les grosse facture 1 fois et j’étais presque capable des faire seule!
J’ai toujours été à mon affaire
Et se faire renvoyer pcq tu conviens pas au attente..
Je peux savoir quel son vos attente!
Comme première job je vos déconseille énormément.
Rien à dire sur certain employés.
Mais le reste ces à plaindre, les horaires mal organisés, les paye décourageante pour les vieux employés qui son au salaire minimum quand les nouveaux son a 15 minimum!???
Très mal géré et très décourageant en plus de la formation à l’ordi qui apprend rien (minimum 16h de formation se qui veut dire assis sur une chaise à écouter un ordi parle)
J’ai eu un 16h de formation sans pause *au moin j’ai eu mes dîner *
Les paye mal faite
Bon juste rien a dire juste aller pas la ❌❌

I arrive Minimum 10 min in advance,
I learn very quickly
He showed me the big bills once and I was almost able to do them alone!
I've always been on my business
And get fired because you don't agree with the wait..
I can know what your expectation sound!
As a first job, I strongly advise against it.
Nothing to say about some employees.
But the rest are to be complained about, the badly organized schedules, the discouraging pay for the old employees who are at minimum wage when the new ones are at 15 minimum!???
Very poorly managed and very discouraging in addition to computer training which teaches nothing (minimum 16 hours of training which means sitting on a chair listening to a computer speak)
I had 16 hours of training without a break *at least I had my dinner *
Bad pay
Well just nothing to say just go away ❌❌
✅ Canac the prices are cheaper and you will find what you want! ✅
