B	Becky N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to love coming here, especially for take-out. Lately, it has been awful. The servers are stretched thin and management is nowhere to help. Well, they are usually sitting with regulars at the bar. The last few times I have ordered take-out, it has taken forever to be acknowledged, pay and even longer to receive our food. Only to find out that your order is missing items. I want to support restaurants, especially during these times. However, it's difficult to want to support with such bad service. Dine-in isn't too bad, but I would avoid takeout.

Even though they had more waitresses then normal (two waitresses talked about it close to my table) it took forever to get someone to come to my table. It took over half an hour for one to even come tell us they were our waitress. Then we ordered and got our food. My bfs wings were hot and fresh but all of mine were hardly even warm. I tried to get my waitresses but she was no where to be seen so the owner came over and sent back my food. They warmed up my wings but added way too much sauce to the point it made me feel sick. So the next round I asked for sauce on the side. I was not happy to get them and find out just how salty they were. I can eat a lot but after the second round I just felt sick and couldn't handle any more. It didn't help that I even had to reorder my pop because it was flat and I don't mean hardly any bubbles, I mean no bubbles at all and warm!! The only 2 good things I can say about this place was the owner seemed kinda nice (just not talkative) and the validate parking. I even went to the washroom to find my stall out of toilet paper. At the end of the night I went home feeling sick and let's just say things didn't stay down for my bf. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different location...even if this one is open an hour later.
M	Marshel Selva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience tonight. The brown waitress with the red hair was rude. She kept forcing us to buy drinks. She took my drink away while it was half way full. Then when we wanted to order the all you can eat wings she said that we all need to order it and we can’t share it. I have been to other St. Louis restaurant and they never mention this to us before. We got our bills immediately after the unforgettable service I experienced. I’m never coming back.

The food was great, vibes were lively, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be in the company of great people and have an amazing time. I should especially point out the server with the brown/red hair. She was quick, so sweet no matter how much we bugged her, truly a pleasure to have been served by her! Definitely coming back!

We were a group of 4 and all we got was their boneless chicken wings, pretty simple, we didn’t get our food until 40 minutes later. The manager comes over and he was extremely rude and ignorant after telling him how long we’ve been waiting, he tried arguing with us. Told us it was only 20 minutes. When we challenged that, he then said it was 25 minutes. When challenged again he stated they had no food delivery standard on Friday evening. He would not show us the receipt as to when the order was entered, though he was waving it in the air. Then abruptly he asked if we wanted the food or not. Between the arguing and rude attitude, we opted to leave. And this guy claimed to be the manager. He was the one trying to grow a little ponytail. A professional “manager” would have apologized and admitted the food delivery was not up to the usual standard. But no accountability, no responsibility. Argumentative. A very poor display of customer service. The table behind us, who arrived 10 minutes after us, got their food 10 minutes before our food which we were told would be at our table in two minutes, at 6:13 pm. The food arrived at 6:20 pm. Order was made at 5:40 pm and arrived with way more attitude than necessary at 6:20 pm. Horrible place, if you’re looking for a restaurant to dine in, I’d suggest you go elsewhere, the customer service here is absolutely awful.

Yesterday, what came out for certain isn't the chili lime I know and love. The sauce was bright creamy orange, but even the manager on duty insisted that they didn't make any mistake and "that's how it always is" - he didn't even pretend to spend a few minutes in the kitchen/back area to check the actual ingredients of the sauce!? The entire bottle of sauce he brought out wasn't even the right color or texture. What's worse is that this manager was sitting at one of the tables doing some paperwork WITHOUT PROPERLY WEARING A MASK (no food or drinks at the table) for the majority of the time we were there. We're still in a pandemic and this manager isn't being professional at all... As a comparison, I've included a picture of tonight's delicious chili lime wings (from anther location) and photos of the Buffalo colored wings from yesterday (with a small container of sauce the manager showed me to try to convince me that it's the correct mixture). You be the judge, are they the same?
