Nice and cool on the inside with functioning air conditioning. With reopening just having happened in Alberta there was lots of seating available. After sitting at the bar I was served quickly. Coke was nicely balanced with ice and not thinned out or lacking carbonation.
I ordered the steak and shrimp meal for $15 and was very pleased with a huge amount of fries and perfectly cooked food.
My only complaint was with it being labelled a sports bar yet having music blaring instead of the volume up on the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs was sort of an odd priority.
Friendly staff and very clean. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I ate at the North Sports Bar and Grill last evening. The food was fantastic. I had the Ranchero Ensalada with creole prawns - it is probably the best salad I have had in a restaurant. My wife had the fish and chips and she also said it was the best she has had. We weren't sure what to expect before we went there as we had never heard of it before and only went because I won some gift cards for it. Now I would say it is the best sports bar/grill in town. You will not go wrong.
Also hats off to Kristen who was our server - she was excellent - friendly, engaging and efficient. She connected with us twice throughout the meal to see how we were doing and offered refills.
We will be back.
