★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenny was so attentive and friendly, she really listens to your requests and makes a great sub. She is also very clean and is continuously wiping the counter and knives as she works. Exceptional customer service and a great subway artist. Thanks girl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food poisoning. Staff are really nice but the place is not food safe. They dont keep their sauces cold which is extremely dangerous (left out on the counter in a tub behind them instead of in the cold container). The meats are just kind of sitting in the open. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and was instantly greeted by Mahti who prepared a seafood sub and a meatball sub for my partner. I have been to this location many times and always leave satisfied and valued as a repeat customer. Happy New Year!
Update: Tuesday, June 15th after shopping at National Sports just across from this location, we were hungry for some subs and we got deliciously made by a friendly and welcoming young lady (sorry, did not get her name) and a gentleman who was exactly same

It is just a given that when I’m driving past for work we stop here.
After all this time I am yet to have a sub that does not blow the competition out if the water.
Very friendly. Very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location at 45 Milner Ave in Scarborough has the nicest/friendliest staff who always greet you with a smile and a hello. The toppings for the subs and wraps are always fresh and the work area is always clean and spotless. I love their pizza sub on Mediterranean bread! Delicious! Definitely a location worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit I had not stepped into a Mr Sub for about 10 years. My office is just across the street so I thought I'd step over.
The service was fantastic. I had the smoked meat in a wrap. The lady was efficient and courteous. Totally impressed and the sammy was damn good too.
Well done, I'll be back. I mean I work across the street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONE star for the owner but 0 for the sandwich maker. How did you put fresh bread on top a silver counter you JUST wiped with a cloth without adding the wrap to put the bread on. I was SO shock, legit paused in disbelief. That was unbelievable. I was also charged for the drink which was apart of the coupon combo. I will not be back. Horrible experience and i will not be emailing to resolve anything. Please train your new hires.
