One of the best used car service ever received. Jimmy Dupuis was on top of everything and even responded to my txt message late at night. He even put on a bow and balloons on the car for my wife because it was her birthday on the day of the pickup. Bravo Jimmy! Will do business with you again!

It's the first time the dealership doesn't take advantage of me with all sorts of unnecessary repairs. I had to go in to change a fan belt as is usually necessary after 100000km and the operation went smoothly within 30-45 minutes I was out of there. Only issue was that they had never mentioned the My Toyota program to me. As a loyal Toyota owner I was disappointed to find out that with the amount of times I had been I could've have saved on repaires and regular maintenance. The representative mentioned that they only mention that program to new car buyers. So, it sounds like they don't really care about older Toyota owners who in fact are most likely the ones coming back to buy a Toyota.

Excellent service for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Garage service is courteous and efficient. Dealt numerous times with this dealership over the years and it's been fairly pleasant.

After a few visits I have to say that I would not recommend anyone to go there. Their express service for oil change is great and the poeple working there seem honest and willing to take care of your car. However I cannot say the same for their service department where they tried to pull a couple dishonest tricks on me that I won't detail so that others can see for themselves if they want to risk it. Don't go there for anything more than an oil change. A mechanic cannnot be dishonest and they are. That's why they they get a one star from me.

We went to St-Hubert Toyota to purchase a used 2013 Mazda CX-5 that we saw advertised online. Our salesman Daniel Pelletier was very professional and knowledgeable. Any and all issues with the car were addressed prior to delivery, such as a new tail light, seat and windshield repair, etc. Unfortunately, only about a week after delivery, a check engine light came on which caused us many headaches. Claude Fortin at the service department did the best he could to help us get our car fixed, but after three times we got fed up and asked to return the car to the dealer. The sales director Jocelyn Gagné was very courteous and offered to either have our car repaired once and for all with Mazda, lending us a car in the meantime, or buying it back for everything that we paid. Too little, too late, so we returned the car. Had they given us a replacement car sooner, the final outcome would have probably been different.

Bought a 2016 Toyata highlander 15 months ago. Got a good deal with sales man Daniel. I had a doubt about the car battery a few days after purchase, and they he was quick to replace it. Communication with him before and after sales was top notch. My freebie was a set on all season tires on Toyota rims ?- still good for at least two more years. Highly recommend and Thank you St-Hubert Toyota.??

To start I would like to say that I worked myself in car sales for more than three years. So for everyone to understand the situation. At the moment I'm out of Canada, but I finally raised enough money to buy a legendary Toyota 86 wich I am a big fan of. Even though I'm out of Canada physically I am still able to use internet and help of my dad, who is a Canadian and lives in Montreal. So I did my research and found three cars with a good price drop. Two of them were in st-hubert Toyota, both of them are 2017 demo liquidation cars. That is why they have a good value for me. I called my dad and asked him to pay them a visit. I am a student of Concordia University and I am going to come back to Canada August 30-31 so I have an interest to book one until I arrive, for me to be sure it waits for me. My dad was super honest and told them my situation. And that is where everything started. First of all manager immediately said that the car they came for was in a huge demand and they have had clients for it already (for black Toyota 86 2017 in 2018...yeah...right :))) ). This is a casual trick to close a deal faster. Ok. (BTW one week and a half it's still in stock and haven't been sold yet, I'll add a pic as a proof) His bad that we actually liked a hot lava color better than a black one we originally came for. BTW all that time I was online on a video call with my dad on WhatsApp. So we decided to continue and asked about the price details and what can they offer to us to close a deal. They said they can't do anything because the price is already very good (we all said this to our clients). Unfortunately for them we could show them another ad with a same year car in another dealership but a hundred $ cheaper. Suddenly we got a 500$ price drop. Ok. I was pretty satisfied with a color and a finance rate we got, so I asked my dad to book it. But the manager told him that we could do it but he would sell it to any other client anyway!!! Well this is a horrible scheme of sales guys!!! I have never faced such a thing in my life!!! We offered them a deal with a little to nothing financing and 80% of price to be paid by cash. And they lost interest because I am away at the moment and said they would sale it anyway to any other walk in client. OMG! I thought we live in 2018 not 1998. I would strongly recommend to avoid such a way of doing business nowadays. Because of internet and reviews you can't block, can do you a bad job. I will only come back to this dealership if they will have a rare car (like 86) I will have to buy from them only because of the low price. Anyway I have successfully booked another 86 just two days after this visit at another dealership. So you guys have luck sitting with two rare sports car eating your dealership money since 2017 :)

Accepted delivery of my 2022 RAV4 yesterday. Very pleased with the overall experience- from sales to delivery. Ordered it in November 2021 and well worth the wait. Amazing vehicle with lots of safety and comfort features. Very impressed with the agent who handled the delivery- professional, client oriented, knowledgeable. She made the whole process a pleasant experience. Would 100% recommend Saint-Hubert Toyota.
