K	Kieran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the worst timed bus schedules of any city ever, year after year, multiple parts of the city only have a single bus going to them, it can take well over an hour and a half to get from Edmonton to a given part of St Albert on two buses, honestly, the second, the exact second the Edmonton lrt comes to st Albert, STAT is going out of business. Edit: amazing how a transit company operating in Canada can be permanently caught off guard by the existence of Canadian weather and instantaneously experience 30+ minute delays across the board the second snow falls
N	Norm Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bus was 8 minutes late according to the schedule. I tried to call St. Albert Transit to see where the bus was, but of course the office was closed. Not very helpful when you need a commuter bus.
H	Heather Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St Albert transit has the worst on demand/dial a bus service.My stop is 5 minutes away from the Nakî station so it is ridiculous that I have to book a bus an hour or so before to make sure I connect with the 201 going to Edmonton. They expect people to sit on the bus for up to an hour to drive around picking other people up.They need to put more buses on the road if the on demand service is that busy.

As I was walking to the stop, I watched the buses drive by my route 8 minutes early on a -25C day. Now I have the choice of waiting an hour for another bus or taking a $20 Uber.

J	Juniper uwu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus system is so unreliable I don’t know how anyone can possibly use it to commute. I’ve been trying to for just over 7 months and it is absolutely infuriating and overall just unusable. Today, I arrived 10 minutes early for my bus, and watched it pull away without me. So then, I had to wait almost an hour for the next one, which was late on top of that. When I finally got to uni, my one class was already half over, and afterwards I ran across campus to try and catch a bus so I wouldn’t have to wait yet another hour. The real-time tracking telephone number you can text for updates is entirely inaccurate— the whole time I was running, it kept telling me I had time. I got to the bus stop at 11, and it said it would be there for 11:06. At 11:20, I texted again, and it said the next bus would be there at 12:05. Half my day has been wasted waiting for or trying to catch a bus. I am livid. This public transit system is incredibly flawed and unusable. Not to mention I’ve been on the bus when the drivers run lights, cut people off, speed, etc. It’s so much more trouble than it’s worth. Using an Uber or a taxi may cost more but it’s worth not getting an ulcer.
M	Meggan dev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I have no complaints at all about the bus drivers, they are always very friendly (5/5 stars for them). But fix the on demand transit system PLEASE! Using on demand is seriously painful. For example, tonight I had a five minute trip. Like the drive is literally less than 5 mins, a 2.7 km trip. It took me over an hour and a half to get to my stop!! i nearly peed my pants on the bus. This is also not just a one time problem, it’s happens almost every single time I’ve booked a ride through on demand. FIX UR SYSTEM!!
