So on September 6th I took them to st.albert tailors but when I got there the woman who does the alterations was done for the day. Her Chinese husband was there and he told me to come anytime the following day and guaranteed same day service. So I go back on September 7th and he had to drag his wife (Chinese) woman who does alterations) from the back to come see me. She eventually came to the front with a smelly attitude. So She let me try the outfit on then told me my dress was full of beading and that she had no time to do it. When I asked her when she was leaving she said "tonight". So I turn to the husband and ask why on hell he would make me lose a whole day by going back to them knowing the wife was going "on vacation". He offered me to take the dresses to his sister in Kingsway to fix. I told him I was not going to do that. I told him I would go back to my regular tailor at west Edmonton mall. The wife then barked and said to not take it to their sister in Kingsway and to take it to my own tailor. No apologies or anything. Then he had the balls to ask me if I had bought the dresses on line. This is the worst service ever. They did not even apologize. Do not trust these hooligan couple with anything. They cost me way more than was necessary. Why on earth would he tell me to come back knowing his "wife" was going on vacation the same night????????????????
E	Emily Pendrak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at a dry cleaners ever!!!! My family and I were on a tight schedule, and our flight to Tokyo leaves at six the next morning. We showed up at the dry cleaners at 2:00pm unfortunately there was a sign that said they would be back at 3:30pm. So we decided we could quickly get groceries, come back and get the suits. Keep in mind all of my husbands suits for Tokyo the next day were in this building. We got back at exactly 3:30pm and the shop was still closed, we sat in the parking lot until 4:15pm before running more errands. At this point we were extremely frustrated, we had plans for later that afternoon which we had to cancel because we needed this dry cleaning. When the lady arrived she was in a really bad mood and fought with another customer who was in line before us, also waiting. I am extremely upset about my experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They quoted us different prices prior to getting our things dry cleaned and tailored. I got 3 dresses dry cleaned (brand new!!) my fiancé’s pair of pants and a shirt also brand new. They charged us $130 just for the dry cleaning!!!!! Then $65 for the pants. I paid $200 for dry cleaning. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I tried to talk to him and he said he was giving me a good price and that usually he would charge $50 per dress for dry cleaning!!! Like what!? Are you friggen kidding me??? I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER
