★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has terrible staff and on many requests to contact the manager was refused by the working staff.
Always get told that there is no manager available.
No manager available is a major Red Flag.
Been coming here for a long time.Almost a full decade.
The new employees however since the name change are mostly terrible if not provocative.
I will drive the extra 10 mins to avoid this place.
Beats having to endure the extreme rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 120$ worth of alcohol at the store, upon getting home the cheap plastic bags that were used broke on me destroying my bottles. When I asked for them to reimburse me as it was their bags that broke, they refused and told me to ask them to pack it in paper instead, store manager was extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is small, has little selection, and unlike the other popular liquor stores in st albert (Solo and Ace and even liquor depot) this store tries to sell a 7.99 bottle of copper moon or other various economy wines for 11 to 13 dollars and 8 packs of beer are more expensive. This location has no growler service or anything special to warrant higher end pricing. If you really want a fine selection of wines and liquors and want to spend some more money goto the liquor store by the casino in st albert! Now that's a fine selection! But for my economy wines and beers solo or Ace is the place !
