It was my bad for being impatient and having a knee jerk reaction. I will definitely buy from SRC Vinyl again.

SRC is absolutely my go-to source more niche genres like punk & hard music vinyl. I always look forward to every single e-mail they send, & their customer service is top-notch!

Its been FOUR years since you ripped me off. PLEASE just leave me alone!! How they are still in business is just absolutely astounding

While it took forever to show up the record did arrive is good condition which was nice. However this was a pre-order and receiving the album months after it had been out was a pretty big let down. I would consider ordering from them again but I think I'd stick with my local shops instead of dealing with this hassle all over again. I would give them a second shot in person were I in the province, but not likely online again. Staff were friendly and available to answer my questions, however there seemed to be a lot that needed to be asked to have assurance my order would come, after looking at many of the negative reviews I can see why they have so many.

I placed the order online and picked up the next day, transaction was smooth and the people were very friendly. Thank you SRCVinyl for having The Cure Greatest Hits Vinyl. Will be back again soon!
M	Mark Lane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipping delays I understand given the state of everything these days, but my main issue with SRC is the complete lack of communication with delayed orders. They will gladly charge you for something they haven't shipped and will go on radio silence if you inquire past their canned responses they give out. All said, product eventually arrived in great condition, 7 months after the intended release date. The lack of communication is the main cause of the one star review. Do better.

I finally reached out and it turns out the items are really not in stock. I guess they were just going to hold my money and never tell me? Using covid as an excuse for poor inventory management can only get you so far. I'll definitely avoid this shop going forward.

On both occasions, I have had to contact them to get my order to ship. The first record finally arrived. However, with my latest order, I had preordered an album. The release date came and went, and my order had not shipped. I let it go for a few days because of supply chain issues being what they are. When I did contact them, they said they had no idea why it didn’t ship. They then cancelled my old order, and placed a new order for the record. Bear in mind that they were selling the item online, and that there was still stock available when they created my new order. Another week passes, still nothing has shipped. Upon contacting them again, they inform me that the item is now back ordered. So instead of fulfilling my order with existing stock, they took my money, and sold the remaining stock. I would have never known had I not been persistent in following up with them. This has to be one of the most unprofessional companies that I’ve ever ordered from. I will not make that mistake ever again. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
