My first experience was with Jeff purchasing a set of Dobinson lift springs for my Landcruiser. While I had to chase him around a bit to see when I would receive them, I understood that given the COVID issues, shipping was a nightmare, and he did tell me that at the beginning.
However, soon after I was looking to also upgrade the shocks to complement the springs. I asked Jeff to order them. That was more than a month ago now, and I haven’t heard anything back. Absolutely no correspondence.
My honest feeling is that they are more concerned with those who are spending large amounts of money on Uber high end equipment. Not the middle of the road.
I ended up sourcing shocks from another company so I could get the lift completed and enjoy the rest of the summer in the back country.
If you are not looking for super high end, I would recommend dealing with 4wheel parts in Langley or even North Shore Off Road, as you will get better service and follow up. I wanted so bad to have a great place in Squamish, but they just aren’t there yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome guys to ask for advice! Managed to source some cool parts I was looking for and got to check out all the cool rigs they are trusted to work on. They also have a bunch of recovery gear and other bits that save you waiting for online purchases to arrive. Do not be put off by the teams luscious flowing hair, it’s considered a sign of experience in this shop.

An unusual platform to build for over landing/offroad, Jeff has been extremely upfront about what he recommends to do and not do in terms of my build. Extremely knowledgeable team and honest, looking forward to doing more business with Jeff in the future!

Jeff and his team are off-road enthusiasts as well so they are passionate about their work and products they sell. If there is something I’m looking for that he doesn’t have, he goes the extra mile to source it for me while getting the best pricing!
