When I asked to do an exchange I was told that he's not sure he can do it.. fairly certain ive done this before. Fair enough..but just made the purchase 4 seconds ago and the product was covering the sign lol
I asked when the manager was in and again he was not sure... OK, was a little surprised considering how often were in there I hadn't even left the store yet that there was apparently no plan in place for if this happens but a lot of unanswered questions. Usually the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable however not today
