★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spud.ca rules! I love the fresh organic produce, the Be Fresh readymade meals, and multitude of snack varieties. It’s also a great place to order pet items, natural health + body care items, as well as delicious groceries. The delivery schedule makes it easy to know what day your order will arrive. It’s so nice to have access to use when needed. Big fan of their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been purchasing from Spud for a few years now and absolutely love them! Everything from produce, prepared meals - the full spectrum of products they offer is pretty well everything I need. One stop shop! Their frozen, etc. offerings from local restaurants now also is a bonus. Everything is fresh & love that all the organic products as well. Customer service is stellar. Couldn't ask for more. Much appreciate & highly recommend Spud!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started ordering from SPUD during the pandemic when I stopped visiting grocery stores in person. Love the convenience and variety of products with new items added all the time. Plenty of vegan options. Customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend SPUD for home delivery of groceries, supplements, cleaning supplies, toiletries and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had access to a car in almost two years. For the most part, it's been great! But dragging groceries home from my local health food store has been such a pain (literally - it kills my back). Anyhow, I finally tried SPUD earlier this week, and I honestly don't know why I waited this long. I think I was worried that other people wouldn't pick out good produce for me. I didn't want produce that was old and not going to last long. Or dairy that was going to expire soon. I didn't have to worry, the produce was SO fresh. (Especially, the kale - it was fabulous and the bunches were HUGE!) The dairy items have plenty of time until their expiry dates, and they were all nice and cold. The frozen items were still frozen. The big plus was that there was no wasteful packaging. The reusable bins and insulated freezer bags were great! Overall, the cost was competitive and several of the items cost considerably less than my local store. Great job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer of Spud for 5 years and absolutely love them! Staff is always friendly and happy to accommodate if by chance something is missing or incorrect in an order. The produce and products are excellent quality and it's great to know it's a local sustainable company to buy from. Knowing food sources are organic and high quality makes me feel good about helping our planet. Highly recommend Spud.

Best hotdogs in Vancouver. Hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spud is great. We don't use it for all our groceries, but it's nice to have our regular staples reliably delivered. It has replaced our regular farmer's market shopping, as a lot of the local vendors we enjoy are available at Spud. The groceries are fresh and customer service is great. I think their subscription system is great and likely helps reduced waste in the grocery system by giving you a small discount for planning your grocery orders ahead by up to a month. The membership is worth it and for us, ends up paying for itself with the points/reward program.
