★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **FALSE ADVERTISING** Took advantage of my Sr mother... These crooks posted the same car three different times for three different prices. My mother spoke with a salesman about the car at the "lowest price" and after driving over two hours one way to look at it she was told that there was an "error" and that the price was $3500 more than advertised. The salesman says "okay, we will sell it to you for the advertised price but then we are going to charge you $1300 for the stock floor matts plus a bunch of extras (that come stock with the car) to make up for the $3500... Not to mention we are still going to add all the service fees and taxes on top of that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely dealership. Got a new job in central AB and was up in the area for it (currently still live in Lethbridge) and needed to get a second vehicle for the house so we were looking for something used.
We dealt with Chantal Trodd, a great sales person. She listened to what I wanted and showed me everything I asked for. She also listened to what my payment wants were and suggested a couple vehicles. We ended up looking at a couple new vehicles in my payment range and I found one I liked.
I had never taken a show room model before but am I ever happy I did. The car is amazing, the team was fantastic from start to finish and worked with us on a distance deal with my wife. Couldn't have asked for better service and absolutely love our new Altima.
Thanks Chantal and team, keep up the good work. Would definitely suggest buying there and could see myself getting another vehicle from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to Spruce Grove Nissan after having some rather disappointing experiences at a few other dealerships. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted with a smile and introduced to one of the sales staff. I was made to feel at ease right away. The staff member even had my son laughing and interacting through out the whole process. I have never experienced such a stress free vehicle purchase. I will be recommending Spruce Grove Nissan to everyone I know.

Although there was an issue (by the Tech) with my truck, mistakes happen, she was all over it and took care to make sure it was repaired right away. Regular friendly communication to keep me in the loop. She even had a loaner ready to go. Excellent customer service by Keri!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new vehicle from here recently and wanted to share my experience. I was working with Samim Faruq (Sam) and I have never met anyone more patient than this person in my life. Answered all our questions, and worked with us to find the best deal possible. Looked all around the city but could not find a similar vehicle or quality of service. I recommend you go in and solely ask for "Samim Faruq". Buying a car can be stressful, but not if you are working with the right people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a used car is always an unnerving experience. However this was hardly the case with the Nissan dealership in Spruce Grove. The store is big, bright, clean. The staff there welcome you and make you feel at ease. Our salesperson was Chantal. What a wonderful person. She made us feel comfortable, at ease, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. She was thorough, explained everything to us clearly and continually asked if we had any questions. There were no hidden surprises. Manager came in to say hello and was very accommodating. The finance manager, Leanne, was not pushy or hard sell. Outlined our options and let us make our own decisions. That was appreciated. The vehicle we chose was as promised and we left very happy. We will definitely be back for servicing and potential future vehicles. Ask for Chantal.

I have to say that the whole experience was absolutely amazing and they really do go the extra mile to take care of their customers, not once throughout the whole buying process did I feel pressured or that I was being ripped off. I ended up buying my first truck from this dealership a few days ago and I couldn’t be more happy! Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with and if you are considering buying from here I would definitely ask for him! Very trustworthy and considerate place and I would very much recommend Spruce Grove Nissan to anyone!
