★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Great Canadian Oil Change in Spruce Grove yesterday for an oil change, and I was extremely impressed with the staff and service that I received! My husband usually takes care of all required car maintenance, as this has always caused a bit of apprehension on my part! I did NOT need to worry as they explained what they were doing every step of the way, and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

They go above and beyond the regular oil change services and do it for a fair price, and their suggestions are actual suggestions and not trying to force extra services on you. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe oil changed in the Spruce Grove location last year August. When we had the oil changed this weekend( another garage) they found the oil filter to be severely over righted. In fact the filter had indentations from it being tightened on. Also the filter installed was significantly smaller than the one that was suppose to be installed.
Due to the filter being so tight the garage almost didn’t get it off and basically took it off in pieces.
Brutal!
Won’t be going back there anytime soon.
And no I haven’t talked to a manger. They obviously hire inexperienced techs and couldn’t be bothered about quality of work.
I’m just glad nothing more serious happened.
