★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start? First off they charge too much to ride the floodway. 38 dollars for an adult pass is excessive for the quality of hill, truly. Next we have the lodge itself. Not near enough seating for the amount patrons they get indoors and everyone is packed like sardines waiting for their pass and equipment. Next we have the bored power tripping ski patrol bothering people to put the bar down on the lift. Their time would be better used making sure bratty children stop constantly cutting the chairlift line. Honestly I like boarding and skiing way too much to ever come here again. If you have a buddy with a sled just get him or her to ride you up the side of the floodway and then ride down, at least then you won't have to wait in a 10 minute chairlift line for 7 second descent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to snowboard for the first time and didn’t have the best experience in terms of customer service. The guy at the front desk was quite rude and treated me like a nuisance. There were two guys working the rental counter and one was more helpful atleast. Would not recommend to any beginners to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the tubing thing. Only 1 run out of 3 were open. Stood in line waiting for your turn for almost 30 mins. Literally went once as I wasn’t going to wait another half hour to go a second time in the middle of a blizzard. (Purchased tickets 3 days before & it stated no refunds due to weather, paid for 5 people so wasn’t going waste $75)
Went for a drink at the clubhouse to warm up, around 8-10 people also waiting for no bartender- maybe on a break but still when you have a line up of people waiting to be served not cool… have someone cover their absence…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tube hill is not worth the price. The is only one route that you can tube down and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to go down the hill which takes about 10 seconds to go down. The ride is fun but they need to sell less tickets per time slot or have multiple routes to go down. Not a worthwhile use of time unfortunately..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience, the hill was not groomed, there was glare ice. They closed the chair lift then one of the tow ropes. They then closed the second tow rope. The hill was open long enough to collect our $60 then closed due to weather. The Total time open about an hour. Regardless of the policy of no refunds they should honour the good faith we showed by going and trusting they would stay open. They don’t answer the customer service phone line. Got a return call 8 days later because I asked for lesson just to talk to someone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to check out the summer patio for lunch on a Sunday, very casual. Cute tables and you can even see the chair lifts. They have fire pits and lawn games, but the food/drink service wasn’t great. Watch out for construction on the bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our go to place for snowboarding in the city. There's 1 lift and 2 rope pulls. This place is usually crowded with kids. The instructors seem to be excellent
