OVER SEEDING
Most weeds do well in acidic, compacted soils with low organic matter and biology. Grasses like air, water, cool weather and biology. Seeding in late summer and early fall is when we can fill any spaces, thicken the lawn and really make a difference. The seed we plant will do best if kept moist so a little water every day is nice. However, rain is most dependable in fall and with the cool nights and heavy dew, the seed should germinate just fine on its own. Our goal is to get the lawns as healthy as possible by October, so they will over winter and come into the spring thick and hardy and ready to survive and of the stresses of the next summer.
Spring and Fall are the time to level the playing field. Your lawn is reinvigorated, rejuvenated with the introduction of new seed. Our seeders allow the seed to make good contact with the soil, for that all important soil to seed contact. This will thicken the turf, aerate the soil, reduce bare spots and combat old age.

Yes my grass was very long and yes I approved their quote as I was stuck overseas and had a letter from the city to cut my grass so I was desperate long story short their quote came at 500 I said yes then said to wait for me to confirm as I had found another company with $120 quote. (which I understand is not clear and since it was my mistake that I didn't say to hold off clearly, i took fault and moved on) anyways they did my lawn and send pics it looked great, and I said to myself their probably a much better company and they'll leave my grass healthy. I come back 3 weeks after that to dead grass. Not just that they removed my gutter extensions and never put it back KNOWING and that ended up dropping rain next to my basement and getting a few drops in it, thankfully I was back in time to address it. Im never one that complaints or write bad reviews but I just feel really bad about the experience I had with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alicia was very responsive booking and with questions. They did snow clearing on our property which was awesome! They did such a good job, got right down to the cement. They were careful. Respectful of neighbours (we share a driveway with them) I’d recommend for snow clearing and we will call them again. Bonus : We don’t have sore backs :)

Fast response time, kind and professional staff in the office and the work crew.
