★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to camp for july 1st weekend celebrations. There is beef cooked in the pit in the ground and beans served on canada day for lunch. Buy however many tickets you want and they portion it out per ticket. BEST FOOD EVER! A SECRET FAMILY RECIPE. Races for all ages on canada day and a candy drop from either a plane or a t-shirt launcher.
At the campground there is a trolly and multiple playgrounds for kids of all ages and a basketball court and horseshoe pits and a river near for fishing if you can catch something. Its our family tradition each year and we love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a stop or a picnic there are picnic tables and parks for kids to play at there is even a basketball hoop and a badminton or volleyball net one thing I would not recommended is using the washroom their it smells very bad but other then that I think it is a great place

Overall good place. Wide open. Kids loved the little zipline.

Thank you for keeping such a lovely park in Southern Alberta and looking forward to my next visit...though Google Maps needs to correctly position it in its system, because it misdirected us in it's system!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little campground. They have 30 amp power hookups, lots of green grass, multiple playgrounds, a baseball field and more. Camp hosts were very friendly, close to Waterton reservoir and the town of Hillspring where you can get ice cream or play at the splash park. A real hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for one night on our way from Waterton. What a well kept secret! Super quiet and the volunteers running the place were very welcoming. If you have kids this is the place to camp. Playground equipment galore and even a little zip line. A lot of variety of playground equipment in different parts of the park and it’s all different. Even a boat to climb on it’s crazy good. Free firewood too while we were there. Would go back.
