β β β β β I have been seeing Rowena for 4 years now and I would say that I have no regrets in coming to her. Apart from her professionalism, she is very passionate on her job. She won't mind about the extra time/work she spent in each visit I had. She just wanted to make sure that the outcome is perfect. She will treat you as if it's your first and last visit. She is very consistent in what she is doing from my first year until my fourth year of seeing her. So I wouod definitely recommend ger to my family and friends. Keep up the good work Rowena. You are super!

β β β β β Spring health Centre is the place you need to visit . The staff is friendly and efficient . The clinic was clean and well equipped. The physiotherapist Jennifer Lewis Is very knowledgeable and she has lot of patients, I had a severe pain in my back,when I told her about the back pain she exactly knew the spot. She did some manual therapy . Also I tried acupuncture for the first time it really relived my pain . They also helped me to directly bill it to my insurance . Well done keep up the good work

β β β β β Ms. Rowena Chico is everything I could ask for. I've been going to Spring Health Centre for skin care and facial for about 4 years now .She's kind, professional and amazing at what she does. She is very passionate and dedicated towards her clients. She is not pushy in any way and she always tells me what to do and what not to make my skin better. She takes her time and never rushes when she does my facials. She always goes above and beyond her job to make me feel valued and special. When I started seeing her my acne was very bad but she patiently dealt with it. I'm very thankful for all her help! I am very proud to recommend to all my friends. She's the best of the best!

β β β β β I have had several facials with Rowena and each one has been fantastic. I always feel well cared for after seeing her and my skin looks and feels great. She is very knowledgeable,professional, experienced and very sweet. She is extremely patient with all of your questions and answers them with such knowledge. She doesn't push anything on you. She educates you. Hard to find such a great person trusting them with your face. Thanks Rowena!

β β β β β I have been going for my medical facial to Rowena Chico for a few years now, she is really nice and caring about her patients. Her facial treatments are better than the ones at a typical spa place. I would totally recommend her to everyone who is looking for a best facial result :). She is really a good one!

β β β β β I came for custom orthotics, and I asked for the option to claim insurance benefits myself. Ester is absolutely amazing - she prepared all my documents, emailed e-copies to me for recordkeeping, and packaged a ready-to-mail submission that I dropped off at Canada Post. I'm extremely impressed at her clarity and eye for detail. The orthotics are wonderful as well. I feel more upright during my daily motion outdoors and in the office. The doctor explained the what I can expect and asked me the right questions to make sure my experience was seamless from beginning to end.
Parking was slightly chaotic on the weekend... So I'd recommend not coming on the weekend.

β β β β β Very poor customer service. If there is below 1 star or 0. I'll definitely do that! Calling their office multiple times but no one pick up the phone. They don't usually answer the phone.They were opted to text messages for 2 times.They have promised to have my compression stockings for two weeks but no submission of Rx done to my insurance provider. She always says "ateng I'm talking to the insurance ". Why she should talk to my insurance provider, for what? Instead of talking and wasting time. Why not doing the papers and submit it electronically. It is so frustrating as I was hoping that this will be done easily and smoothly. Knowing that I had an old records of measurement from them. I was patiently waited for almost 2 weeks for the compression stockings as what she promised that I have to wait at least two weeks. Also, she will give me an update. But when I checked my online insurance app NOTHING and NO submisson was done at all. Terrible!

β β β β β It was our first time claiming for our custom orthodontics insurance benefits and Ester was very helpful in setting up everything for us. She called up our insurance and got all the information we needed in order for us to get the full coverage and the extent of our benefits we are claiming so that we won't be spending from our own pocket. She also made all the paper works and sent us email of the progress of our claim. I highly recommend this place.
