Insulin cartridges for pen dispenser was switched to disposable pens when specified that i only use cartridges. Husband also has problems EVERY TIME his doctor faxes his prescription and has "not received" the fax at the pharmacy...playing phone tag on average for 3 days worst was 8 days for ongoing bi-monthly prescription.

They didn’t even check my sisters paper work before saying I have to pay for the prescription. And when I tried to ask her why she went on giving this lame excuse. I have been to their shoppers and pharmacies before if shes running low on the blood glucose strips they usually give her because she has an authority letter. I couldn’t care less as to what she had to say. So I had PAY $90 from my pocket. And when I asked if I could speak on the higher management I was told the “owner” never comes to the store and I am the manager and I make the decision. Wow. A nice way to help a customer who is in to get a life need. I would definitely take this to the higher shoppers management. Because if the owner is not there to see what the employees are doing I wonder how do they treat other customers
J	Jay Marcus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a covid booster. Was there, signed in, and done within 10mins for getting the shot. Had to wait after as that is the vaccine protocol. Staff was extremely nice, very respectful. Doctor was very good as well.

Updated may 21/22, This is a response to the owner who responded to my review, Have you read the last few years worth of reviews? your store has a problem and the longer you ignore it the worse it gets basic customer service is an issue in your store and you need to address that, in leaving your store one should not ever feel less than they did when walking into your store. figure that out before you become an empty store front

They are extremely unprofessional, and have zero communication skills. The fact that they look down on their customers and have absolutely no sympathy is appalling. They sound borderline racist when dealing with non-english speaking customers, and blame them for the lack of English speaking and understanding skills.
