Beautiful sports center, the favorite place of hockey moms. Small ice creams are very cold, you have to get dressed. When there is a match of the Armada it lacks parking predict arriving early

J'ai acheté des patins il y a quelques semaines, lors de l'achat nous n'avions pas le temps de faire chauffer les patins alors le vendeur m'a dit que je pouvais revenir quand je voulais mais il ne m'a jamais dit d'apporter ma facture !!!
Alors je passe par la ce soir avec mon gars pour faire chauffer les patins ( on parle d'ici un service offert gratuitement)et la gérante voulait me charger 50$.
Je suis vraiment déçu de son non ouverture d'esprit pour aider la clientèle.
Je me considère comme un client récurrent et régulier J'ai 3 jeunes qui jouent au hockey
Et je prends pas mal tout mon stock là bas
Juste depuis septembre j'ai acheté 2000$ de bâton environ et en plus j'étais pour acheté un à 350$ encore ce soir!!!
Alors j'ai remis le bâton dans le rack et j'ai quitté.
Poor customer service at the evening management level.
I bought some skates a few weeks ago, when buying we didn't have time to heat the skates so the seller told me I could come back when I wanted but he never got me said to bring my invoice !!!
So I go through there tonight with my guy to heat the skates (we're talking about a free service here) and the manager wanted to charge me $ 50.
I am really disappointed with his lack of openness to help clients.
I consider myself a recurring and regular customer I have 3 young people who play hockey
And I take quite a lot of my stock there
Just since September I bought about $ 2000 of sticks and in addition I was to buy one for $ 350 again tonight !!!
So I put the stick back in the rack and left.

Really bad customer service! I asked the young man if he had my shoe size in another store and he replies with a very arrogant tone that he doesn't know the inventory by heart of the others! Anyway, that was the last time I was going there!
