If this is a response to decathlon, I think it's a miss, because your products are of better quality, so this is not the same market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for sandals for a trip south. I didn't find any. I actually don't even recall seeing the atmosphere section, which is personally my favorite. It's a nice new sports expert. I found a pair of Merino wool socks for 50% of and bought them. But for a new store I thought they'd have more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate that place the fact you need to go around with an empty reusable bag that they never clean is abolutely disgusting... i saw them take the box full of used/dirty bags and fold them neatly as if they were cleaned. And they have the gaul to say its mandatory to control the amount of people inside. This is disgusting and they are the only shop who has us go around with empty bags. They are making the pandemic worse because they are cutting corners and people who have covid can transmit it thru these dirty bags they have us carry around. Its disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item online, the wrong item AND size was shipped, contacted them via email (there is no customer support phone number) was unable to return the item without having to pay for shipping back to them, returned the item to the store and was not reimbursed the original shipping fees when the issues had nothing to do with our order. Will shop MEC and La Cordée thank you very much. My Sports Experts days are over!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother trying with their call and pick up order, we had to wait over 1 hour with no call back to confirm the order after they initially informed us that that the item we wanted was in stock. When we called back a second time, they informed us that the item was no longer in stock and therefore they did not bother to call us back. Terrible customer service, just wait until after the government shutdown to make in store purchases.
