J'avais un seul morceau, rendu à la caisse (10 personnes en ligne) avec les 2 commis, rendu à mon tour après 15 minutes je me fais répondre par l'employée qui avait l'air d'être la personne en charge : t'est tu capable d'attendre 30 secondes ma collègue va te servir. 1. j'avais juste 1 morceau, 2. j'ai déjà pas pire attendu, 3. pas de Bonjour rien de polis, je me fais tutoyer et je me fais demander si je suis "capable d'attendre" parce quelle devait aller placer du linge sur des pôles.. rien d'urgent.. bref la caissière qui m'a servit était sympathique, j'ai rien a dire la dessus, mais dans le service à la clientèle, c'est la moindre des choses d'être polie et courtois. Je ne demande pas la lune, juste la base pour avoir un expérience de magasinage agréable de A à Z.
Customer service is at work. I had only one piece, returned to the cashier (10 people online) with the 2 clerks, returned in my turn after 15 minutes I was answered by the employee who seemed to be the person in charge: Can you wait 30 seconds for my colleague to serve you. 1. I had just 1 song, 2. I already expected no worse, 3. no Hello, nothing polite, I get familiar with and I ask myself if I am "able to wait" because she had to go place laundry on poles .. nothing urgent .. in short the cashier who served me was friendly, I have nothing to say about it, but in customer service, it's the least of the things 'be polite and courteous. I'm not asking for the moon, just the basis for having a pleasant shopping experience from A to Z.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service est au top! Je suis une cliente fidèle de Dynamite, et cela depuis des années. 90% de mes outfits sont de chez eux! Les filles sont serviables et disponibles. Personnellement j’aime énormément le fait qu’on me tutoie, ca me permet de me sentir plus à l’aise, je n’hésite jamais à prendre leurs avis sur mes tenues choisies et portées. Je fais mes achats majoritairement chez dynamite à Saint-Bruno et celui à Boucherville. Merci à Angelica qui a été tellement patiente et bienveillante jeudi dernier. Bon courage les filles!
The service is top notch! I am a loyal Dynamite customer and have been for years. 90% of my outfits are from them! The girls are helpful and available. Personally, I really like the fact that I am familiar with, it makes me feel more comfortable, I never hesitate to take their advice on my chosen and worn outfits. I make my purchases mainly at dynamite in Saint-Bruno and the one in Boucherville. Thanks to Angelica who was so patient and caring last Thursday. Good luck girls!

The worst was when the cashier looked at me like I had something on my face and then couldn’t speak a word in English and had to signal the total in French rather than say it in French I believe her name is Marie
