★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai commandé un article sur le site internet. Quand je l’ai reçu, je n’avais ni facture dans le sac ni facture électronique. Comme l’article ne me fesais pas, je voulais le retourner, par contre cela m’a été impossible car je n’avais pas de facture, j’ai donc du seulement échanger, malgré que j’avais la preuve de la commande avec moi. La fille qui m’a servis à la caisse aux promenades st-bruno, était bête, elle ne m’a même pas regardé en me parlant et n’a fait aucune exception sachant la situation (que j’avais aucune facture) donc j’ai été déçu de 1 du service et de 2 que j’ai été pénalisée sachant que je n’ai pas eu le contrôle des factures.
I ordered an article on the website. When I received it, I had no bill in the bag or electronic bill. As the article did not make me, I wanted to return it, however it was impossible because I had no invoice, so I had to only exchange, although I had the proof of the order with me. The girl who served me at the cashier at the st-bruno walks, was silly, she did not even look at me talking to me and made no exception knowing the situation (that I had no bill) so I I was disappointed with 1 of the service and 2 that I was penalized knowing that I did not have control of the bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été agréablement surprise par le service à cette boutique. Les filles saluent tout le monde, elles sont souriantes, impliquées. Elles font des propositions, elles remercient les clients aux cabines et aux caisses. J’ai trouvé qu’elles semblaient bien s’entendre entre elles et communiquer, ce que je trouve cool pour des ados/jeune femmes. Continuez comme ça!
I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this shop. The girls greet everyone, they are smiling, involved. They make proposals, they thank the customers for cabins and crates. I found that they seemed to get along well and communicate, which I find cool for teens / young women. Continue like that!
