★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came away very happy to be assisted by such a pleasant sales lady, Jennifer. We thought we knew what we wanted going in but after looking at all the options in the store we started over again. We ended up with a kitchen faucet that we really like but hadn’t considered before, thanks to Splashes. The plumber gave us two thumbs up when he showed up to install it stating it’s the faucet he bought for his kitchen and he’s installed many Delta 02 Touch.
There are a few complaints here about how expensive this store is, the manager has responded with a reasonable answer to help satisfy those customers. I’d like to add that we have always purchased good quality fixtures and that decades later they work as new. Most or all quality plumbing fixtures are guaranteed for as long as you own the home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience looking for a hard to find toilet size the help came from several members of the staff and there where very helpful in regard to the difference in colors between manufacturers. As well as flow and best flush. Made finding what we needed easy and fast as we had tried the bigger outlet stores with no luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Splashes showroom today, hoping to get some help in finding replacement parts for my old Grohe tub fixture. I have looked unsuccessfully all over the web and at many hardware and bath fixture stores for these parts and was not optimistic. In what seems like a mini miracle, Jessica Marshall greeted me, took a look at the fixture pieces in my hand, rummaged through some drawers and produced the very repair kit that I needed. She had squirrelled this kit away, even though Splashes no longer sells Grohe products, just in case it might be useful to a customer someday. I took it home and used it to successfully repair the fixture. WOW! What an unexpected and completely rewarding day - and it all started at Splashes. Thank you Jessica!!!! You have no idea how delighted we are to have our shower working again. Best customer service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from the staff at Splashes! We bought an amazing one-piece Toto toilet (shown in image) and had their partner plumbers install it for us (Good Sense). We loved it so much that when we moved, we ordered two more to install in our new place! There have been tons of manufacturing delays (due to supply chain issues, etc.) but the staff were excellent at recommending other options and workarounds to get us a quality product in the least amount of time possible. Would highly recommend working with them for any bath/kitchen needs.
