★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in there a while back about a month ago, beautiful store but not a single person in there, also the staff were in the back at the time I came in. She was very polite but didnt have much knowledge of the products, and really couldnt help me out. I was more knowledgeable then her. People that are in this industry really need to have a certain level of knowledge in order to help customers and guide them to the best product situated for what the customer is looking for. This store needs to hire better staff and get them educated in order to just compete with the 8 other stores in the area. These guys will probably be one of the first to disappear in this highly competitive market. Especially being connected to the mall. Poor location as it is hard to see . I give them 2 stars only because they have a beautiful store inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of shopping in this Sunridge Spiritleaf several times since their opening in Nov. of 2019.
Every time I am there, I find the staff to be very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely nice... a pleasure to deal with.
The. Guys I found so helpful and l left knowing so much more. The two products I got after testing did Exactly what I was told.
Great way too push away today Stressors .
I’m getting exercise and now the help from them I feel like me cool . I have not tested my blood pressure but I’m sure it is lower ?

Customer service is awesome. Selection is awesome. Management (Randy) is awesome. Cleanliness is awesome. I love that you are LGBTQ+ friendly!

I came in with my own idea of what I wanted and the staff helped make sure it was right for me and shared their experience with it. Excellent prices as well as selection, I'm already looking forward to my next visit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! They opened in November and and I walked around looking for months.it is attached to the mall technically it's not in the mall because due to Alberta governance they're not allowed but it is there.
10% on the last hour and every now and then they have online sale from the spirit bus sales are amazing. I implore anybody to go to the store this is by far the best location in town! Great staff good humour relaxing environment
